FNM’s digital company adopts the new logo and launches the new website to strengthen its business in the public transport sector.


Milan, 20 March 2018 – NordCom, a company owned by FNM (58%) and TIM (42%) that develops digital solutions for the group (FerrovieNord, Trenord and Tim) and for the external market (Public Transport, Public Administrations and Telecommunications’ Operators), presents today the new brand identity that is declined in the new logo and in the renewed Internet site.


The introduction of the company’s new image reflects the process of focusing the business on integrated mobility and digital payments, as clearly emerges from the idea of ​​the new logo. The two souls of the company, the world of transport and digital payments, are represented in the new logo with two arrows that intersect and form the letter “N”, transmitting dynamism and projection towards the future. The circle that contains it represents the global extension of the reference market. The “Digital Solutions for Transportation” pay off explicits NordCom’s new core business.



The focus on the communication of the company’s core activities led to the choice of a deliberately streamlined structure and minimalist graphic for the new Nordcom site, which can be reached at The homepage immediately offers an image of dynamism by opening a video showing the areas of expertise of the company. The secondary pages are created with a spring use of graphic elements, 2D linear icons and fonts without serifs to concentrate the user’s attention on the content. The NordCom reference markets are presented by the solutions section: Public transport, (online store, ticketing systems, app for passengers and SAP), digital payments (payments for public administration, healthcare, utilities and universities) and fiber optic (dark fiber along the tracks of the FERROVIENORD network together with the technical spaces in the stations for the placement of transmission equipment or antennas for mobile telephony).
