Creation of an e-commerce platform aimed at strengthening alternative sales channels, first of all online.


E-Store TRENORD is an innovative system created to respond to the growing trend of online purchases, to rationalize and strengthen the online sales channel.

E-Store TRENORD has allowed the company to integrate its traditional sales network and obtain considerable advantages:

  • reduction of management costs or commissions
  • more capillary presence on the territory
  • better flexibility and time-to-market of the online commercial offer.

E-Store TRENORD creates and offers the typical shopping experience of e-commerce channels. Enables you to upload on customers’ contactless smartcards:

  • simple / integrated electronic subscriptions
  • single or return travel tickets
  • travel documents for connections to the airport (Malpensa Express)

E-Store TRENORD also allows the purchase of Free Time tickets that encourage the choice of public transport and promote the visit at discounted prices to museums, amusement parks and other leisure initiatives.

E-Store TRENORD was launched in May 2015 in the web desktop version and in September of the same year in the Mobile version available from smartphones and tablets.

E-Store TRENORD today integrates features related to after-sales services and back-office assistance to users.
