Ticketing systems

We have ten years experience in the management of Electronic Ticketing Systems and in the development of online and ticketless sales channels. We have a distinctive competence in the activities of System Integration with the Operations systems of the TPL and with Automatic Vehicle Momitoring (AVM) systems, in the Management and Clearing systems and in those of the Passenger Information System (PIS).

The online store

We create sites for the online sale of the TPL Companies' travel tickets, improving the purchasing experience of users and guaranteeing security in payment transactions. We implement multiprocess management systems, for the purchase of products and services including the subscription, travel documents and offers proposed together with partners promoting culture and tourism in the area.

App for passengers

We design and implement mobile apps useful for travelers to plan trips and keep informed in real time about the state of circulation, but also on the promotion of initiatives or events dedicated to them. In particular, we provide route plans with integrated travel ticket sales, subscription renewals, real-time updates on the status of vehicle traffic, access to restricted areas and multilingual locations.

On-board regularization

We create and propose an integrated solution to manage the issue of travel documents, sanctions and related central administrative and accounting processes on the move. We design and implement mobile applications for the management of processes together with a POS for the management of payments and the printing of penalties and travel tickets. We provide a back-office web application to validate and transmit the posting flows of the sanctions issued during the check of the validity of the tickets.

Mobile suite for TPL operators

We support the work of transport company operators, providing a suite of mobile apps designed to facilitate operational activities carried out on the move. Among these, the reporting of faults, anomalies and state of cleaning of vehicles and facilities, the assignment and the real-time balance of work assignments to the maintenance structures in the field, the consultation of technical and regulatory documentation, the collection of data attendance for statistical purposes, clearing or adjustment of the offer.

SAP Management System

We accelerate the digital transformation of our customers by offering the full range of analysis, implementation and integration services in the SAP and S / 4HANA domains. We have developed specific vertical solutions for companies that operate TPL services, guaranteeing integration and interoperability with proprietary systems typical of this sector. In fact, at NordCom we believe that the success of an SAP migration project requires knowledge of the processes and operational characteristics of our customers' businesses, as well as the expertise of SAP systems and all of its components. We also manage solutions both on premises at its customers and in Cloud.
