Legal and General Affairs Department

The Legal and General Affairs Department deals with activities related to the following areas: (a) legal and compliance, (b) human resources, (c) purchases and general services.

In particular, for the legal part, it deals with the analysis and monitoring of the reference legislation; the management of contracts and negotiation assistance in the definition of agreements, contracts, letters of intent and agreements with customers, partners and suppliers; the drafting of internal opinions; the management of the pre-litigation phases; and activities related to the management of corporate bodies. For the compliance part, he acts as contact person for matters pertaining to the application of Legislative Decree 231/01, the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct and EU Regulation 679/2016.

For the human resources part, he deals with the search and selection of the working staff; to manage contracts intended as the production, management and renewal of employment contracts; safety issues such as preventive and periodic medical visits, training and relations with the labor force; relations with trade union organizations and related agreements; personnel training; to manage the reward processes (MBO, performance bonus and meritocracy) and corporate welfare.

While for the purchases and general services part, it deals with managing the needs relating to the company’s supply, guaranteeing qualitative, quantitative and economic optimization; as well as managing general services, facility management, the company car park and real estate spaces by interacting with the various suppliers.
