Human Resources Development

Training activities are planned and implemented annually for all staff in response to specific training needs, with the aim of ensuring constant updating and strengthening not only of technical professional skills but also for the growth of management, behavioral and relational skills.

Nordcom has set up a training and placement pathway-Academy-dedicated to the placement of young people entering the world of work.

The Acedemy path is divided into a first didactic phase with exercises and role play and a subsequent one of coaching in the field (learning by doing) during which young people perfect the training path by collaborating operationally with the colleagues of the teams in which they are inserted.
